Simple Ways To Get Best Job
Posted the labor market, the place where we usually available in light of the odds, you know, the papers ads, jobs, banks, personnel or recruitment agencies, job postings, fairs.
But did you know that the light works, only about 30% of all available jobs at a particular time? Some experts even claims that it's the job market represents only about 10% of all available jobs.
So the logical question is, where's the rest of the available jobs?
The unpublished job market
The unpublished job market, also known as the hidden job market, where job vacancies are filled, without advertisement, or at least not the kind we want to see at that moment.
The published job market constitutes about 70% of the jobs available at any given time. But there's another 85% of six-digit salary positions full, that I didn't posted the labor market. This means that the management job listing we see in high-end publications such as the Wall Street Journal, in a closet or the Financial Times, to name a few, represent only about 15% of the six-figure salary jobs.
So the question is, why is it hidden market exists in the first place?
Why not just have a place we can go and find all of the available jobs in the market?
To help us answer these questions, we take a brief look at the mechanics of the two labour markets.
As advertised job market-job
In the case of traditional labor market, we perform our search on available job offers, to determine what roles we want a chase. So we're sending the resume also of employers, placement agency or head Hunter, depending on who you publish the registry.
Once your resume has been received, the recruitment team has the first review of applications received. The obtained CVS are then sent to the responsible foreman, and the actual interview process begins.
First, the human resources or hiring an agency for the first round of interviews, to see if the candidate fits into the corporate culture and evaluation of the resume information. Then the hiring manager interviewed the filter candidates to select the most appropriate. After interviews are conducted, the best candidate is selected, the job offer process begins.
If the landlord carry out the process, the human resources team will present the proposal of the human resources team to present the offer. In the case of a bounty hunter, that would be kind of a mediator between the landlord and the applicant. The good deals such as their Commission, normally a percentage of final salary.
