We hear all the time about many job boards on the internet, a wide range of vacancies. We look at the local and national newspapers and see more job offers. Posted the labor market, the place where we usually available in light of the odds, you know, the papers ads, jobs, banks, personnel or recruitment agencies, job postings, fairs.

But did you know that the light works, only about 30% of all available jobs at a particular time? Some experts even claims that it's the job market represents only about 10% of all available jobs.

So the logical question is, where's the rest of the available jobs?

The unpublished job market

The unpublished job market, also known as the hidden job market, where job vacancies are filled, without advertisement, or at least not the kind we want to see at that moment.

The published job market constitutes about 70% of the jobs available at any given time. But there's another 85% of six-digit salary positions full, that I didn't posted the labor market. This means that the management job listing we see in high-end publications such as the Wall Street Journal, in a closet or the Financial Times, to name a few, represent only about 15% of the six-figure salary jobs.

So the question is, why is it hidden market exists in the first place?

Why not just have a place we can go and find all of the available jobs in the market?

To help us answer these questions, we take a brief look at the mechanics of the two labour markets.

In the case of traditional labor market, we perform our search on available job offers, to determine what roles we want a chase. So we're sending the resume also of employers, placement agency or head Hunter, depending on who you publish the registry.

Ganjalan mencapai kampanye damai Pemilu Indonesia 2009

Wah pagi ini baca berita yang cukup anget..
Yang kemungkinan besar bisa merusak cita cita mewujudkan kampanye damai Pemilu Indonesia 2009. Betapa tidak, aku baca tentang rawannya Peraturan Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Nomor 15 Tahun 2009 tentang penetapan caleg terpilih dan perolehan kursi partai politik yang dikhawatirkan dapat mengundang kontroversi baru.aku nggak begitu paham sih apa isi yang lengkap namun aku baca disurat kabar yang paling dianggap lemah adalah ketentuan dalam Pasal 23 Ayat (3) yang mengatur penetapan perolehan kursi parpol dengan cara diundi dalam rapat pleno terbuka KPU apabila dijumpai perolehan suara sah atau sisa suara sah yang sama untuk memperebutkan sisa kursi terakhir.
Nah lho.. kalimat diundi memang berkesan jalan pintas, cari gampangnya saja dan agak tidak menghargai aspirasi masyarakat. Padahal, menurut beberapa pengamat, ada jalan yang lebih sesuai dengan prinsip demokrasi yakni dengan melihat sebaran perolehan suara. Memang kejadian seperti itu kemungkinannya kecil sekali, namun bukan berarti kita harus menyepelekan.
Wah.. gawat nih.. moga aja keinginan untuk menwujudkan kampanye damai Pemilu Indonesia 2009 tetap terjaga ya..
Atau Mungkinkah KPU mengeluarkan peraturan baru yang merevisi peraturan yang sudah keluar??
Nggak tau lah yang penting berdoa aja supaya kampanye damai Pemilu Indonesia 2009 dan hasil pemilu dapat memuaskan semua pihak..
